Epoxy Resin Underslung
The standard range of sinks and troughs are moulded complete with a fixing flange in order to simplify fitment and to optimise the integrity of the joint with the worktop.
An overhang (underslung) sink is bonded and screwed to the underside of a worktop with the worktop slightly overhanging the sink opening. This type of fitment is also commonly referred to as ‘underslung’. This fitment is adequate for many general laboratory applications.
The base of the sink slopes to a hole rebated to accept a waste fitting.

Epoxy Resin Multi Fit
The range offers our most versatile solution for the efficient stocking and fitting of laboratory sinks. The range is designed so that the same sink can be fitted from the top side of the worktop into a rebated cut out for drop-in fitment or they can be screwed and bonded to the underside of a worktop using the integral flange for an undermount fitment.
When fitted as a drop-in, all sinks are self-supporting on the integral flange. The drop-in fitment is particularly suitable for use with laminate worktops as the less resistant core material of the laminate is covered by the flange of the epoxy resin sink.
Waste outlet positions are fixed in the rear right hand corner on all models.

Epoxy Resin Drop On
Drop-on sinks are designed to be easily fitted to any type of worktop material. They have self-rimming flanges which will conceal the core layer of a laminated worktop.
The sink is self-supporting on its integral flange and can be bonded in place with silicone sealant or Epoxy Resin grout. The same raised flange has a smooth 45 face to the outside that will allow the user to wash liquids over it but prevent accidental spillage of materials into the sink.
The base of the sink slopes to a hole rebated to accept a waste fitting. Sinks can also be drilled to accept an overflow fitting. Sinks can be supplied complete with a polypropylene waste.
