To enquire about setting up a trade account, please contact us directly to discuss this. Schools and higher education customers may be eligible for an automatic account.
We now have the facility for customers to order through the website using a purchase order (PO), if you would like to set this up, get in touch with a member of the team.
If we have your order in stock, we will ship your order with APC 24 hours, if your order is placed before 1PM Mon-Friday. For a more accurate lead time, don’t hesitate to get in touch.
If your goods arrive missing or damaged, you are required to inform us within 24 hours of delivery. You will then have 30 days to return the faulty goods for replacement or refund. For full details, please check our T&Cs
You can return items that are unused, undamaged and in the original packaging for a full refund. You are required to inform us within 14 days of receipt of the goods and you will have a further 14 days to return them (at your expense). Restocking fees may be charged outside of this window. Once your order has been fulfilled, we will email you a VAT invoice for your goods. If you haven’t received this or require it resending, email us at sales@labcentral.co.uk.
